Please note that official notice will be given for each meeting. Additional meetings may be added with proper notification Please watch for the posting of the Committee Meetings as they are scheduled. Finance and Building Committee Meetings will be posted on the board in the Mail Room, and emailed to each unit.

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic and as a convenience to our residents and Board, Le Jardin will continue to hold all meetings via zoom.

COVID 19:

At Le Jardin, we follow the CDC guidelines for the safety of our residents, their guests and our Staff.

Common areas: On March 3rd, 2022 the CDC introduced COVID-19 Community Levels. This tool can help communities decide what preventative measures to take based on the level of COVID-19 in your area.

Who should wear a mask?: ANYONE with symptoms, a positive test or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask in the common areas regardless of the community level. Masks are optional for everyone slse provided that the community level for Flagler County is low or medium,. the level is subject to change and the current level can be found at :

Masks in units: Each owner will determine who will be required to wear a fac mask within their unit. It is the responsibility of the Unit Owner to inform their Guest, Contractors Realtors and other invitees of the requirements for mask use within their unit and the common elements.
